Save time by skipping the effort of coating with butter and flour. Designed to emphasize the well-baked characteristics of the hump of a madeleine.

Care Instruction

• After use, lightly wipe with paper towel or clean dry kitchen cloth and store in a dry place.
• Try to avoid wash with water, but if necessary, wash with mild soap and dry with residual heat in the oven.
• Not dishwasher safe.
• Never use sharp object such as knife on bakeware. This will scratch the non-stick coating and cause rusting.
