Typical Shipping & Handling Times for Free Shipping

Free shipping typically take:

  • 1 - 2 days for Toronto Area
  • 2 - 3 days for Ottawa, Montreal
  • 2 - 5 days for other Central (ON, QC)
  • 4 - 7 days for Metropolitan areas of Prairies (AB, MB, SK) and Maritimes (NS, NB, PEI)
  • 5 - 8 days for Metropolitan areas of West Coast (BC)

Flat Rate Shipping

Newfoundland and Territories

For all customers in Newfoundland and Territories, a flat rate of $20 is available.

Shipping typically takes 7-10 days for Territories and Newfoundland and Labrador (YT, NT, NU, NL). For other areas, see above in Free Shipping times.

Warehouse Pickup

We offer free warehouse pickup at:
24 Viceroy Road, Unit 15, Concord, ON L4K 2L9

Pickup orders are usually ready within 30 minutes to 1 hour. You’ll receive a “Ready for Pickup” notification once your order is prepared.
Please do not arrive at the location before receiving this notification.

When picking up your order, please bring:

  • Your order confirmation email

  • A piece of government-issued photo ID for verification

Pickup Hours:
Monday to Friday — 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM

If you're unable to pick up during weekdays, feel free to contact us.
Weekend pickups may be arranged upon request and availability.

Please note:
Orders not picked up within 10 business days will be automatically cancelled, and a 5% restocking fee will apply, as per our policy.

Tariffs Situation

Aug 29, 2025

As of August 29, 2025, the U.S. Section 321 de minimis program has ended.
This means all shipments from Canada to the U.S., including small orders, are now subject to customs clearance.
As a result, customers may face significant brokerage fees and delays.
In addition, we have observed that UPS shipments to the U.S. are experiencing indefinite delays.

📦 For these reasons, we are temporarily suspending all sales to the U.S. from chloebakeware.com until shipping costs and timelines become clear.
