Free shipping is available for orders over $75 to all provinces except Newfoundland and Labrador and the three territories.

*Note: Some restrictions apply. Free shipping may not be available to some remote areas, in which case, we will contact you to find the best way to ship.

Typical Shipping & Handling Times for Free Shipping

Free shipping typically take:

• 1 - 2 days for Toronto Area
• 2 - 3 days for Ottawa, Montreal
• 2 - 5 days for other Central (ON, QC)
• 4 - 7 days for Metropolitan areas of Prairies (AB, MB, SK) and Maritimes (NS, NB, PEI)
• 5 - 8 days for Metropolitan areas of West Coast (BC)

Flat Rate Shipping

Newfoundland and Territories

For all customers in Newfoundland and Territories, a flat rate of $20 is available.

Shipping typically takes 7-10 days for Territories and Newfoundland and Labrador (YT, NT, NU, NL). For other areas, see above in Free Shipping times.

Carrier Partners

Free and flat rate shipping will be shipped via Canada Post, UPS, Dicom, Canpar, FedEx, DHL or Purolator.

Standard Rates

Standard rates provided by Canada Post, FedEx, UPS and more are available otherwise.

Warehouse Pickup

We offer free warehouse pick up at 24 Viceroy road, Unit 15, Concord ON L4K2L9. Pickup order is typically ready in 30mins-1hour and you'll get ready for pickup notification once your order is ready. Please don't come to the location unless you receive the ready for pickup notification.

Please bring your order confirmation email and a piece of government issued ID for verification.
Pickup hours are Monday-Friday. 10am to 5pm.

If you can't make it during weekdays for pick up, feel free to contact us.
We can schedule weekend pickups if available.

If you don't pick up your order in 10 business days, we'll cancel your order and there will be a 5% re-stocking fee.
